LEEE has been cooperating internally with the specialized departments of the FEE CTU in Prague (especially in physics and measurement) and externally with commercial subjects and academic institutions, trying to integrate their activities.

The most intense contacts are promoted with the Czech Academy of Sciences (Akademie věd ČR) with the Nuclear Physics Institute (Ústav jaderné fyziky, v. v. i.) and its Department of Radiation Dosimetry (Oddělení dozimetrie záření), the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry (Ústav makromolekulární chemie) and its scientific division Polymers for Optoelectronic and Energy Applications (Polymery pro optoelektronické a energetické aplikace), with the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (Vysoká škola chemicko-technologická) and the Brno University of Technology (Vysoké učení technické v Brně) and its Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication (Fakulta elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií).
